About Angie Hollingshead
Angie, leveraging 20 years of clinical nursing experience (14 of those years as an emergency room nurse), saw the pressing need for a dedicated champion for women’s health. This insight led to the creation of The Women’s Wellness Hub, an organization that empowers women to actively manage their health and well-being. Her personal journey through exhaustion and overwhelm revealed a stark truth: relentless self-sacrifice, particularly prevalent among busy professionals, often culminates in burnout and health complications, especially through the menopausal years. Over the past four years, Angie has devoted herself to gaining expertise and obtaining certifications in nutrition, personal training, and menopause coaching. Today, Angie channels her vast knowledge into guiding women who have habitually placed others’ needs above their own, offering them the support and direction needed to make their health a priority once and for all.
