I’m Rosanna Shillolo, your Yoga and Wellness Expert. My wellness journey began as  early as high school when I discovered the gym and started working out. This provided a healthy outlet throughout my teen years that impacted my life in so many positive ways.

I’ve been training clients one on one for over 20 years, and I’ve had the privilege of
witnessing the positive changes in their lives. It’s truly gratifying to help someone really make the connection between living well and feeling well. I still work out regularly and as much as I love to ‘feel the burn’ through weight training and cardio, an injury led me to organically lean into yoga to help heal my body. It wasn’t long before I became a certified instructor, so I could offer flexibility and stretching as an additional element of fitness training for my clients.

Yoga opened up a whole new world of teaching possibilities. I’ve since become certified through Paddle Canada to teach stand up paddleboarding (aka SUP) and SUP yoga, which keeps me busy on the water throughout summer.

I know first hand that in order to sustain an active lifestyle, you must properly fuel your body. So naturally, the next certification I obtained was as a Precision Nutrition Coach. Being of European descent, I was raised to enjoy both eating and cooking and I look forward to sharing some delicious and healthy recipes with you.

Most recently, I’ve become certified to teach Hot Yoga and have opened a new studio. This was a goal I’d been manifesting for a while and it was so worth the wait.
I believe in an holistic approach to health and wellness and I strive to continually learn, evolve and grow. I’m so excited for this opportunity to share my knowledge and
experience with you!
