A favorite saying of mine is ‘you can’t pour from an empty cup’. I’m honored to help you fill your cup by providing my skill set as a Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach.
About Rosanna Shillolo
I’ll be offering yoga sessions to align your mind, body and spirit. Each session will focus on a different theme, such as digestion, detoxification, core strength or mindfulness, to name just a few examples. You can pick and choose from a variety of topics and class lengths depending on what you need on any given day.
Some content will be geared toward fitness and conditioning. My intention is to help
motivate you to move your body and reap the many rewards of physical fitness such as improved sleep, avoidance of injury, and overall feel empowered, confident and
energized to live your best life.
Nutrition and culinary content will come with love from my kitchen to yours. I hope to inspire you to prepare snacks and meals using whole foods to fuel your body so you can truly thrive. I’ll provide recipes, step by step instruction, as well as nutritional information so you can better understand why some foods are truly superior and should be included regularly in your diet.
